Eligibility for Refunds

2. Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
• Sale items or items purchased at a discount.
• Accessories such as hats and bracelets, unless defective.
• Custom or personalized orders.
Refund Process

2. Return Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Provide a tracking number once the item is shipped back to us.
3. Inspection: Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refund Assuance: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer to exchange an item, please contact us to ensure the desired size or item is available. Exchanges follow the same conditions as refunds.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
